Dan Schuetz brings 25 years of relevant experience to Storck Management Group. Mr. Schuetz obtained a Civil Engineering degree from the University of Wisconsin with a focus in Construction Engineering and Management in 1998 and subsequently worked for a large nationwide general contractor before obtaining a Masters in Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Colorado with a focus in real estate and finance. This education was instrumental in allowing Dan to develop competency in the areas of construction and construction management, development management, finance, team building and communication in a business setting. Mr. Schuetz spent the next 20+ years working at Nichols Partnership where he was a partner, Project Executive and Senior Development Director and where he directly participated in and managed over $1 Billion in real estate development projects. In his role as the owner’s Project Executive and Senior Development Director, Dan directly managed all aspects of his projects which gave him a unique perspective into protecting the owner’s best interests that very few other owner’s representative firms have. Dan is a licensed managing broker and LEEP AP.
